Payment: We accept all major credit cards.


Damaged shipment

Although Wholesale Fairy Gardens takes special care to ensure the safe arrival of all orders, damages may occur in transit. In the event that this does occur with your shipment, it must be noted on all freight bills as a damaged delivery. Inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and contact the carrier for their inspection. Damage claims should be filed with the carrier, usually within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Call customer service at 614-504-5304 for any questions.


All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Claims for credits against defective goods must be submitted within 15 days of invoice.

Claims for short shipment and damages must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained only through customer service, unauthorized returns will be refused. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box(s) to be returned.
